"Bob tried his best to help my mom out. Unfortunately my mother vehicle is still uninsured. State Farm made a mistake by adding a young driver to one of my mother vehicles. The young driver is my mom Niece. My mom niece have not had a car since she totaled lost her car last year. They told my mother that the state we live in basically makes them put whoever in the household with a valid driver license the primary driver of one of her cars. My mother always had 2 vehicles. My mother added her niece to the policy last year with her own car. My mother NEICE total her car 2 months after having it. State Farm waits a year then add my mother Niece as a primary driver to the policy over one of my mom vehicles. Which took my mother bill up a couple hundred dollars. They allowed my mom to pay her regular balance over the phone and told her it will take up to 16 days for them to fix their mistake. Well the mistake was never fixed they asked for more paper work showing that the niece NEVER stayed at my mom house. OR to just PAY over $300 for 2007. They also dropped the coverage on one of my mom vehicle. She going on day 7 with no insurance after they took her payment. Bob tried his best but he said LEGALLY there is nothing else he could do. Now my mom is waiting on the under writing department and she waiting on Bruce to get back. This my mom first time having this kind of problem. I give Bob 4 stars. This whole process and company I’ll give 1 star. I’ll come back to the post when the problem is fixed to let you know how long it took."

"Austin was so incredibly helpful getting me switched to State Farm. They have the best rates and nicest people. Bob at his office is the most patient and kind man.
